Shipping & Delivery

Q1. When will you ship my order after I order it?

Before your order is shipped, LVNESS has to process your order and put all your items through its strict quality control tests. Because of this, Total Delivery Time is different from shipping time alone.

Shipping Time: It depends on which shipping method you chose, the standard shipping method will need 6 - 10 business days while the expedited shipping method will need 3-8 business days.

Q2. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

About the PO BOX and APO/FPO addresses, all the countries can not use.
We are unable to deliver an order to a PO box address. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Q3. Why it shows that my tracking number is invalid?

If it happens, there might be two reasons:
1.When we ship our packages to you there are no further updates from the shipping company due to the fact that your package is in transit. Once it has reached the next sort facility it will update. It may take a couple of days (3-7 days) to see any activity once it has shipped out from our end. We suggest you wait few days more. By the way, cause the TNT delivery company used the same tracking number for the different destinations. The parcel which had been delivered is not yours. And it's for different countries. Please be patient to wait.
2.Or you will need to get the destination tracking number for some shipping methods. You can get the new tracking number when you track at the link sent to you in the confirmation email. If you still cannot find the updated tracking number, please contact us. We are willing to assist you on this issue.

Q4. What can I do if I did not receive but tracking says delivered?

Sometimes carriers may mark a parcel as Delivered before it actually reaches you.
Please check your mailbox, ask neighbors or household members, and contact your local carrier office using your tracking number for details.
If you still cannot locate the package after checking with the carrier, please reach out to us at info@lvness.com and we’ll assist you further.

Note:
LVNESS is not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” by carriers (see Refund / Return Policy).

Q5. Why my package status did not update for several days?

Tracking updates may occasionally pause while the shipment is in transit or awaiting carrier scanning.
Please allow 3–7 business days for new tracking information to appear after dispatch.
If your tracking has shown no movement beyond this timeframe, please contact info@lvness.com with your order number and tracking code — our support team will investigate with the carrier.

Q6. What about yout shipping fee?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Q7. Where/What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United States only.
We employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives at your destination safely and securely.
Notes: Since the departmental goods are shipped overseas, the customer shall bear the customs duties incurred.

Q8. How is sales tax applied?

Sales tax is included in the prices shown.
Note: Remember that certain countries charge duty tax for customs imports that you might be required to pay. For information, ask your local customs office.
